Remove rooftop terrace, railing, flowerboxes, astroturf roof material, satellite dishes. Install tpo cold adhered roof membrane to replace astroturf. Repair roof as needed to maintain a watertight roof. Any replacement material to match in-kind. Repair stucco on ground floor of ursulines elevation as necessary using the vcc stucco mix (below). Install two new round downspouts on the n rampart elevation to match similar existing downspouts on the building. Repair/replace weatherboards on the ursulines elevation as needed to match existing. Repair/replace fascia on balcony on the n rampart elevation to match existing. Paint white to match existing.
